Your responsibilities:
As a member of airsight Italy team, you will be involved in national and internetional project work. The range of topics and tasks covered includes, amongst others:
- Conduction of safety assessments related to non-compliances, major changes and arising safety concerns at international airports
- Development of airport procedures such as low visibility procedures, winter operations procedures, airside working procedures
- Establishment and Improvement of Safety Management Systems at airports
- Airport planning and assessing construction plannings from a safety perspective
- Auditing of airport procedures
- Preparation of study reports and expert opinions
- Presentation of project results
- Provision of advice to clients
- Support of airsight training with the development of training material; potentially acting as a trainer
- Additional aviation/aerodrome related competences such as PPL/FCL, flight procedure design, airport planning and design will be considered as a plus

Your profile:
- A degree in aviation, civil engineering, transport engineering or comparable,
- A minimum of three years of experience in the field of aerodrome operations/safety Management/Compliance Monitoring,
- Fluent in English (more than half of our customers come from English speaking countries), upper intermediate/advanced level (CEFR B2/C1) in Italian – an additional language is a plus, but not a requirement,
- A reliable, well-structured, and independent personality,
- A high level of analytical and conceptual thinking skills,
- A strong team orientation and willingness to travel,
- Very good presentation and communication skills in Italian and English,
- Ability to set the right priorities, to work independently and organise projects in a structured manner, as well as an above-average level of commitment to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction,
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office products,
- Experience in the use of Microsoft 365 products (list, power automate, power app, power BI) is a plus
- Programming skills (e.g. Python/MATLAB/R) preferred, but not a must.
