As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be part of a highly motivated team that welcomes and encourages creativity and commitment. Your main tasks will be:
- LinkedIn: Creating posts for the company LinkedIn page, image research, brainstorming, creating editorial plans, further development of our corporate influencer programme
- Website: Working with CMS Typo 3, creating landing pages (or supporting the different departments in doing so), website maintenance, website content updates
- Newsletter: creating email marketing campaigns with Campaign Monitor, developing texts in English and German, layout, image research, QA, performance analysis
- Internal Organisation: communication with the various departments for better planning and distribution of website content, newsletter campaigns, social media posts, etc.
Other areas of responsibility (depending on knowledge / interest):
- Implementing technical updates/changes to the website in close cooperation with the technical agency
- Support in optimization of marketing reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Supporting the training and/or sales department with cooperations, offer preparation, analyses (e.g. creating presentations, KPI analysis with Power BI)
- Management of the Google Ads account, report creation in collaboration with the technical agency
- Creating print materials (e.g. flyers, brochures) in close collaboration with external graphic designer

What we expect:
MUST-HAVES:
- Completed studies or practical work experience in the marketing sector (at least 3 years)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Experience with CMS, ideally Typo 3
- Interest and experience in handling Social Media / LinkedIn accounts
- Strong communication and expression skills
- A reliable, proactive and diligent way of working
- Experience and pleasure in writing, designing, translating and correcting content for online applications
- Creative mindset, desire to contribute own ideas
- Friendly demeanour, team player
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Analytical skills and experience with marketing reporting tools
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Italian language skills
